Eye Destiny is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly entered prescription information supplied by the customer.

Where prescription verification is required, we may contact you before processing your order.

Certain customized or prescription products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or incorrectly supplied by Eye Destiny.

We strongly recommend obtaining a current prescription from a qualified eye-care professional before purchasing prescription eyewear.
